Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain health and personal care items.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Opened items, such as CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@engraveyourstyle.com.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@engraveyourstyle.com to receive the return address.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
